CA opening door locks

So does your CA only open the door you put you hand on? This is so annoying with my 3 the CA unlocked all doors. Is there a way to do this on the 1?

In iDrive, go to Settings: Door Locks: Unlock button and choose All doors. If no iDrive, it's on page 19 of the 2009 manual under Setting unlocking characteristics. You have to use the buttons on the turn indicator stalk.

Yep, no problem setting it either way. I don't have iDrive so I used the stalk method and changed it so that all doors opened when I touched the door handle.

And just FYI, the car needs to be started. If the engine isn't on, you'll only see 3 (or 4?) OBC options. Once you start the car more options appear. Look for one of the key icons, and once in the right menu select the icon that shows all 4 doors (I know we only have 2) opening.
