Comes with downpipes, gaskets, and screws/nuts. All brand new and unused. These are the ONLY N54 downpipes with a larger than stock diameter that have FLEX sections on them like stock downpipes. A flex section allows leeway between engine and exhaust vibrations during driving. Without this, you risk cracking the turbo manifold - there are different schools of thought on this, so please do your own research; however, keep in mind that BMW always includes flex sections on their stock downpipes for a reason.
