Fun times at Track Night at The Ridge

Went to Track Night in America at The Ridge Motorsports Park in Washington state a few days ago and had a blast. Was my 3rd track day I've been to and my first time on this particular track so I didn't push the car as hard as I can but still had fun.

Was in the novice run group and people tended to bunch up without getting much in the way of point by's so this was one of the few laps where I had most of the lap to myself:

Definitely looking forward to going back one more time this year before it gets back to rainy season. Also, next time I know to bring a towel + some window cleaner to clear out all the bug splatters on the way to the track

That little downhill carousel looks really fun.

Yeah. I like how there's a couple elevation drops in this course. I was starting to build more confidence to brake later on the turns in my later sessions but was still very conservative on the right hand turn after the downhill at the end of the carrousel. Hoping to go back one more time this year to try pushing myself more now that I'm more familiar with it.

That looks like a fun track. Really like scca track nights, i've done a couple this summer, really enjoyed them!
