When you change your order did you redo the contract? I placed my order Friday. It hasnt' hit it's production week yet. And I'm thinking of changing the color from SG to Monaco Blue.

Thanks.

I have ordered my new e90 330d on beggining of september for production on november and delivery on december 5th.
I had added with succes two new options on september 25th. I wanted to change an other option last week. It was too late, the car is since 2 weeks in status "no modifiable". I never redo any newer contract

I think I will stick with black. I like terra but not sure about the contrasting colors, mainly the gray roof line and where the seat belt comes out of part. I think I rememberyou said you ordered terra, have you seen it in person? Is it a dark brown? Pics are really hard to tell.

Some one has said in here, which is very accurate. The color of Terra is just like football. Last time I saw in it in the dealer, Terra color really does not crash with the light grey roof lining. Next time when I go there I help take a closer look. But then I am very good in colors myself.

Natalia: I'm not sure why you already did a contract for an ordered car.
You shouldn't have to sign anything until you take delivery when it arrives; in case, you don't like the car or the dealership messed-up the order. It should only be an order form with your ordered specs and the amount of your deposit.

What did you sign exactly?

There's really no header to the form, saying if it is a final contract or order form. But it wasn't on one of those carbon copy things with a pink customer copy.well it's got the specs and the "cash price of vehicle" with taxes and a final total with deposit amount. Crap, I didn't know I was not suppose to do this. I thought it was just to make sure that when my car come in they can't try to re-deal on the price.

Status 111 in modifiable. Status 112 is usually not, unless you catch it shortly after it has gone to 112.

Ok sounds like an order form then. It should be ok.

Hello forum!!
So I see people talking about changing their color, options, etc. after ordering.
Are you doing this online, or through the dealer?
I don't even have a production # yet, but might want to change the exterior color. I could go back and forth with different colors if I had a little time, AND could do it online. I'm going to wait to bother my sales person until I get closer to the delivery date.

Not online, but call your dealer soon though. When did you place your order?

I put the deposit down on Friday.
I'm going between Graphite Metallic, Artic, and Titanium Silver. My SportWagon now is silver, and I really like it. But......

I just ordered a Monaco Blue E91 a few days ago and now I'm having second thoughts on the color. I'm thinking of switching to Arctic Silver if it's still possible. I don't know though. I still like the Monaco Blue as well. Ack!

I am, however, satisfied I made the right choice with the black 'ette and poplar interior.

I understand Jibber, I have gone back and forth about the color of my wagon. More than likely I would have changed mine, maybe to Arctic Metallic, maybe to Sparkling Graphite, for sure to Le' Mans Blue if it was offered, and if it wouldn't have delayed my delivery. Mine's already in production, so I'm just letting it go with my first choice. I added the Sport Package to mine a week after I ordered it, and from what I've read here, and if you just ordered it, you should be able to make changes with no problems at this point, but hurry.......
I guess you have to decide if you want a dark car, or a light car.
Here's a couple threads that might help you decide, be warned though, once you see all the good pics of the E91 it will just make things worse, they all look so good!

Thanks ChiTown. As it happens, it looks like I'm sticking with the Monaco Blue after all. I agree with you in that there isn't an E90/91 color out there that I just don't like. That all look nice in their own way.

Now I just have to wait for it to be built and sent over!
