My car was originally from Florida. I live in Chicago. When I bought the car my vents were fading and dash board was bubbling in 3 areas about size of a quarter. They replaced all under my factory warranty.

Got my vents replaced under warranty, dunno why you couldn't get your bubbling dash replaced. It's not wear and tear, it's not supposed to do that.

Hmm - I used a suction cup cell phone holder, it actually slightly curved the dash. Now I have a very faint outline of a circle on the top of my dash that is an indentation. I wonder if I could get that fixed under warranty. You would think a BMW dash could hold up to a cheap chinese cell phone holder

Quick update:
Bmw ft myers has responded by covering the bubbling dash under warranty. However they refuse to cover the bleached out vents. I have a call/complaint with customer service. Amazing to me they will cover the whole dash but not the vents. Thanks to those who responded. |

They did the same thing for me in Riverside, CA
Replaced the dash, vents eventually were replaced because their tech broke the center ones while removing. |
