135 Headlight Assy Issues

A week ago after some heavy rains I got an adaptive headlight failure warning on the dash and checked the headlights and found the inside of the one lens was completely covered in water droplets (not fog). It didn't go away so I took it in and they replaced the whole assembly. When I get home I notice that the parking lamp on the new assembly (not the other side) is on and stayed on even when the car was shut off and the key removed. I went back to the dealer, but all the mechanics had left (Friday), so the SM removed the parking/ turn signal bulb so the battery wouldn't go dead. Now I have to take it back so they can try to figure this out. Anyone heard of anything like this before?

The whole inside face of the passenger side headlight cover was covered with water drops (not fog). No idea how that much water got in there.

Update

They found that the reason the parking lamp stayed on after the car was shut off and key removed was a faulty "lamp well module". They replaced it and problem solved.
