Need Help: BMW Niello best advisor

Hi guys. I'm about to do a routine check of my car, including oil change and few things that come out of my mind. The nearest BMW with me will be Niello BMW but I never really dealt with them since I bought my car from out of state.

Please help me out by letting me know who's the best advisor in your opinion. Why do you think that person is the best? Is there any specific person that I should avoid? I plan to schedule an appointment and don't want to just pick random advisor without knowing how they did the service and their overall quality.

Dont live near Niello,but maybe you can just go there and chat with the different SA and make a choice,their main job is to help you, there is no need to worry, your car is 2011 with ample warranty, plus if you are not satisfied with your SA, you can always change.

That's exactly what I'm going to do because I don't really know anyone in there, just few service concierge but not SA. Thanks though! Appreciate your comment
