Crack in Boot Lid Brake Light

Hi Guys

Just recently bought a 2011 135I.

As I open and close the boot lid quite often, after 2 months notice a crack in the boot lid brake light.

Went to dealership to claim a new one, still crack after couple of weeks?

Is anyone else's 135 having the same issue?

Thanks.

Thanks, that explains the quality design of the boot lid brake light.

Don't know why keep cracking.

Common problem they (BMW) have to perform the service bulletin/recall on it and file down the holder/alter the springs etc that hold the light in place.
