Good deal for 08 135i

What would be a good deal for a brand new 08 135i now?

I located 1 at one of my dealer's website and the price they listed is around MSRP.
The car is alpine white and has premium, sports, heated seat, auto with paddles and is listed at $41850. I know the 09's are coming and I assume the dealer would want to move the 08s.

is asking offering $36850 (about invoice) too low?
I expect them to counter offer me though.

And is the 08 135i qualifed for the 0.9% financing?

Sorry for so many questions.
Thanks in advance.

i definitely dont think they would take 5k off the price of one on the lot, thats a lot to just try and move the car, they only made the car for what 6 months for the 08s, if you want that much off, wait until the 09s actually hit the showroom floors

Good luck with that. I am in the same area as you and no dealers around here are giving very good deals. Best I could find was $1200 over invoice and that was not in the local Seattle area. Best deal close to us was $1800 over invoice.

I do not think the 0.9% is for the 135i. At least not yet...

Not sure if your area is different but I just ordered my 09 135i today and the deal with the financing is that BMW is not offering any special deals on 1 series financing. In fact when you look at bmwusa's website you'll notice the 1 series is mysteriously missing from the finanicing offers. It's basically 0.9% on everything but the 1. Your dealer will have to get you fianancing through one of their partnering banks as BMW has no offer at all. I was told 5.25% through Chase. My bank is about the same, and I know some folks are gettings as low as 4 and change via their local credit unions.
