What to do with the stock kidneys?
So I just installed the painted kidneys from jlevistreetwerks (very nice btw) and I have the stock kidneys just sitting here starting at me now. What to do?
Thinking maybe some kind of art piece? I dunno, hate to just pitch em though. Thoughts? |

I should put some little moving lasers in them like you can get for computer cases. Yes, I'm kidding... But it would be fun to have green lasers shooting out the front on a foggy day though lol. Not sure the cops would agree. Or I could mount giant eyeballs inside them and make it wink when I get behind a hottie... hmm that might actually work out for me. |

Donate them to your local hospital. There's a kidney donor shortage.

But yeah, you can basically do whatever you want with them. And if you dont like what you did, you can paint over that too. I painted my stock kidneys a dark gunmetal color first, but I didn't put enough clear coat on it and i got a couple chips in it. So now I painted it gloss black and it looks awesome |

Not sure if you're into the "Time Attack" style, or if it'd even look good on SGM, but give it a try? Could do something like this:
http://www.jlevistreetwerks.com/3-Se...duct_info.html red rim, black grille

But SGM? I just couldn't see another color really working with it. Has anyone tried it? I bet a kidney grille to the face would hurt like a bitch. |
