Don't you read your Owner's Manual?

I read it but forgot alot of the little things I'd like to know. example, the iPod adapter always says that my iPhone is not supported and I have to open the iPod application in order for it to work and it only works when it feels like working. It requires many unplug/plug in's to get it to work. As for the USB in the glove box--doesn't work when I plug in a jump drive full of mp3 music. So when I get the time I'll resurrect the manual and re-read it. Right now I'm enjoying variable mp3 tunes from the engine and gearbox.

I always read the manual for a new car, but I especially felt the need to read this one. This is the first German car I've ever owned and some of the controls were pretty strange - not at all like the ones I was used to. I actually thought this owner's manual was pretty good, and I found the online version quite useful as well, particularly the way they had links in the index to the appropriate pages.

Good for you! Where did you find the online version? Is it the same as the paper one?

Thanks, Mutlilator, for providing the link to the online owner's manual. As far as I can tell, it is just like the print version that came with our cars.

Sure, i read it. It's a great way to spend the time while waiting on your new car. I downloaded it before getting the real book.
