My professional site with wallpapers

Hey, I just uploaded my professional site.
It's still a work in progress but I figured I would open it up so everyone could take advantage of the wallpapers I have.
All the images open in 1024x768, 1280x960 and 1600x1200.
You can also view the originals.
I will add more pictures and make it look a little prettier with time.
As you can see, it quite plain right now.

ugh it doesn't work in IE, sorry everyone. I will update. I hate microsoft with a passion.
for now, if you have anything but IE it should work.

Only a sophmore and yet you have a Brand new BMW. Not that that is bad or anything. How did you get started with web design, I noticed you use dreamweaver. Have you heard of Cold Fusion? If I have time, I might look into Cold Fusion just because I am curious about web. Everything today is about web.

Well yes I am only a sophmore but how does that imply my age?
I got started in web design when I took a few classes in high school and I've always used Dreamweaver. I've heard of Cold Fusion but have never used it.

i hate MS too, but it's actually not IE's fault in this case. IE is actually the most forgiving out of all browsers, but also has its own rules and ignores w3 standards. there are a couple of things that need attention in your stylesheet (the body id mainly) and also, you're missing an opening <body> tag in your HTML, some browsers don't like that.

i'm more of a developer than a designer (see my site @ olxdev.com) but i've done some CSS only sites too so let me know, if i can help.

really cool pics of your car though!! :rocks:

^ did you use IE?

I use IE, and page looks messed up. lol. nikki did mention she hates IE with passion though, so use netscape or something.

hey Nikki you seem to also be having problems with Safari, a Macintosh browser which actually does follow W3 standards. I can't click on anything and if you have any info on the page nothing esle shows up except for Bio & portfolio. You should also look into adding some javascript if you have the time, another thing I think you should look into is flash websites. I never thought anything of em till I actually got my hands on it also, so I'm still a novice building them but I love how small & optimized flash files are.

flash is a whole different animal though, people are doing out of the world things with it.
