No offense man but you are fuked!!! By paying the bill they already got what they wanted and have no incentive to do the job right. Good luck man hope everything works out in the future don't pay until the job is properly done.

Get rid of all the caps, and don't be a jackass and you will probably get further. A lot of what you said is valid, but other parts I rolled my eyes.
Make it more business like and less YOU ALL SUCK BALLS AND I AM YOUR MASTER.

Yeah I would tend to agree that the use of caps is not the best way to convey your message, the points you make are certainly valid, but I would have written it a bit differently.

Either way I hope you get it worked out.

and this is why i didnt buy my car from hassel in the first place - the experience is in the name of the STEALERship..

on another note - that really does suck, and i hope it gets worked out. gl and hopefully you dont need to get your lawyer involved, although i would if i was in your shoes.
