Hi guys, I recently got into a car accident, but no damage at all, just inside of a little plastic piece to hold one leg of the lamp is crack. and last week it rained, i'm not sure if the rain went inside of it or whatever, the low beam was not working, and i can see the steam inside of the lamp, and few days after, i think it drys out, the low beam worked again, but yesterday when i turned it on, the low beam started flashing. do u guys know what's wrong with it?

if i take out the adapter and everything and replace a new lens, do i need to program the lights after i install it?
