looks like according to THIS vin decoder my production date is June of 2010.

So, pardon my ignorance, but what does that mean in terms of my engine and all that? Do I have the twin turbo or the single w/twin scroll?

You should have a N55 single turbo. Post up a Pic of your engine bay

whats the delivery date? did you order the car or was it purchased second hand? its pretty easy to tell n54 from n55...n54 has a long block/2 intakes and n55 has shorter/1 intake

I bought the car used about a month ago. the vin decoder didn't give the delivery date though. I'll take a look under the hood when I get home.
