Does anybody have these on? Or know a site where I can see them on a Jet Black 135? Thanks! |

If you can wade through their over-done web site you can find a pdf spec sheet on these (in German) which suggests that they do make an 8 x 18 version of this wheel with a 120x5 bolt pattern and even the proper hub size for a BMW. The only offset, however, is 35, which suggests this is a good wheel for a 3 series, not a 1.

The friendly wheel-tire comparer says you'd be sticking out .7" further both front and rear with that offset, which is a lot. If you're new to modding I wouldn't even go there.

Would definitely stick out too much in the rears. I'm running a 18x9 +40 in the rear with 255/35/18 and I had to roll my fenders out pretty far and they still rub slightly.

Do you have side shots of that? Stock suspension?
This setup didn't rub either at stock ride height, does it fit properly then? I guess everyone has different taste, but I think wheels that stick out of the fender looks like crap, and were too poor to afford a set of wheels that fit correctly. Last edited by rcracer_tx; 06-08-2009 at 11:11 PM.. |

I'm also a track day instructor and have had no issues with rubbing. if I went to a slightly squarer tire there might be some rubbing but with PS2s there is no issue with 245s

Looks too far out of the front fender for my tastes, but I stand corrected on the rubbing... I tried to make a set of 18x8 enkei's work with a 35 offset and even with 225 tires they still rubbed on my car. You have any fender mods/rolling?

Really with 225s makes you wonder if brand As 35ET is the same as brand Bs. only modification is I took the alignment pins out but no fender rolling.
