Hello, I just purchased a new 2013 135i. I am looking to start upgrading, Just wonder if any one knows what if anything would be compatible as far as earlier years 2012 2011 and such. Things like Exhausts, intakes, suspensions, strut tower brace, ect ? Thanks

Everything except for down pipes and intakes. You have the N55 motor. So you'll be wanting to get N55 down pipes and/or intake and charge pipe. Pre-2011 have N54 motors.

Tunes are different as well, the 2008-2010(N54) tunes will be different from the 2011(N55), and 2012-2013(N55) will be different as well. Unfortunately for you there hasn't been much development as far as tunes go for the N55 past 2011.

Thank you very much. I have only had it for less then a month and love driving it. The body hasn't changed between the 2012 and 2013 has it exhaust from a 2012 will fit mine?

Yes, the entire exhaust system on a 2012 will fit a 2013. Unless you are installing a BMW Performance Exhaust on you car. The BMW Performance Exhaust involves a Y-Pipe that requires cutting modifications to the mid pipe. Unless it's just the axle back, then you have no need for any modifications and it will bolt right in place of the stock axle back.

FYI:
The axle back has not changed since 2008. The mids are different for the N55 vs N54. However they are completely interchangeable. N55 mids do not have resonators. A lot of N54 guys install N55 mids for a more free flowing exhaust. The only exhaust difference that you can not change is the down pipes between the N55 and N54.

Hey Man your in Germany? I was just in that area landstuhl ramstein K town area on leave visiting my dad and friends. I drove my 135 there a white 2013. Went to a couple car meets too. Wosh I woulda seen you as I could have showed you what mods I have (im full bolt ons) and could have taken you for a ride if you wanted to fill a modded one.

Yeah I am stationed at RAB for the next two years. That would have been cool to see how you have your set up. The things you have listed The JB4 stage 2, AFE stage 2 sealed intake box, VRSF 3.5 inch catless dp, Dinan exhaust,ER charge pipe. Is this what you have for performance so far?

Also have the vrsf 7 inch front mount intercooler just hadn't updated that sense installing it.

Ok, You like how you have it set up now? How do you like the sound of the exhaust? I am looking to do the exhaust soon just don't know what I should go I am thinking the berk technology racing exhaust but I don't know if that would be too obnoxious.
