Convertible Top Replacement

Has anyone tackled replacing the convertible top on their own? Been trying to find a video of how to do it online with no luck.

I'm also curious if you learn anything - I wasn't able to find anything other than "I took my car to the dealer and they replaced the top."

I had a horrific experience getting a Benz soft top replaced once...
