Yeah, I noticed!! I'm supposed to be down for training in the first week, but still have not got confirmation.

Any particular day you guys are thinking of going to the show? I might just take a day off and fly down

For someone not familiar with BMWs, what is the "High Gloss Shadowline"?

And does the standard stereo come with 6 speaker or 8 speakers?

What's the difference between the upgrade Hi-Fi 10 speaker system and the Pro version?

Gonna go check the other forums in the meantime..

Edit: NM, worked out the High Gloss Shadowline...

Yeah, but it's more about the novelty. I decided to get it, purely because I know I'll love it every time I walk up to the car and have the door "open" when I get there. Makes me feel kinda... omnipotent!

I look at it another toy. Expensive toy, granted, but no different than the car it comes with.

Looking forward to a looksee at the Motor show next week. Although 5 vortex members climbing over the car should be interesting... maybe we can collaborate on a "Nick Myles-style" report?

Don't forget the umbrella Todd.

Dodgy - measure out that leg room mate. I'm 192cm and I need to fit some kiddies in the back.

 I want to stay a bit longer but Matty is not so keen by the sound of it. He wants to have dinner by 8.30 when I last spoke to him! A bit early if you ask me...

Well, back in Sydney today.

Here's some pics of the 135i at the Melb Motorshow. Not the best as it came from a little point and shoot.

LOL, I better get my order in sooner than later, or I'll miss out :eyebulge:

Have to say that Le Mans blue is really nice, I'm wavering on what colour options I want now...

I went back again this morning as I was invited by BMW Melbourne for breakfast event there. So many of the invitees were checking out the 135i and making very favourable comments about it. I reckon this car will be a sell out for Bimmer!

Note sure if anyone has realised but the 1 Series Coupe brochure is now online on the BMW Aust Site. Makes the 135 look pretty damn cool (as a brochure should!)

www.bmwsydney.com.au then click on the 1 at the top, pick coupe/cabrio and you'll see the specs/pricing as a downloadable .pdf of the left hand side.

Everyone has seen the prices/options list... I missed getting a brochure at the motorshow, so I want to read the brochure - with the pretty pics, etc...

Anyone know where I can see that?

Have you tried your local dealer?
You could also search for it in the main thread.
