19" rims fitting question - 128i convertible
Hey, have a 2008 128i convertible, looking to pick up some 19" CSL style rims
Sizes are as follows: rear: 255-35-19 front: 235-35-19 all 4 tires are 8.5 wide looking to keep suspension and fenders unaltered does it look like these will fit on a stock 128i convertible? thanks! |

The specs you listed are tire sizes, not wheel sizes.
The wheels are 8.5 wide, not the tires. You'll need a 30 profile tire in the rear. What are the offsets on the wheels?

sorry, yes you're correct
seller does not know the offset of the wheels so 100% a 35 tire in the rear would not work? the wheels/tire combo is a super good deal so I'm thinking of just grabbing them, and if they don't fit i'll just try and resell thanks! |

35 profile tire would work on the rear for an 18", but not a 19." Without knowing the offset it's a shot in the dark. Considering replicas are typically made in many different sizes and fitments, and Pirelli makes tons of tires in all different sizes and specifications, you have nothing to go on to try to figure it out unless the seller gives you actual information.

Thanks for your help
Went to check out the rims, looks like both front and rear Are ET44 Tires are pretty bald anyway so would need to get new ones, so could go for 30s on the rear Would 19x8.5, ET 44 all around fit on a completely stock 128i? |

Do you have the M-sport suspension? or 128i suspension.
