Radar Detectors (WA)
Is anyone in WA using a RD? A family friend who used to own a 740iL had a V1 and swore by it - just wondering if any of the 1er owners in WA are using them?

Mate, many of us have been around for a fairly long time now and topics such as this have been discussed a few times in the Aussie forums. Search is your friend. Specifically:

I have a V1 but haven't used it for a while. The cops are too sneaky now - hiding behind trees with their handheld lasers. The V1 one picks them up alright but by that time it's too late because they've pinged you already.
Works well on the Multanovas. I get about 100m warning on average. Sometimes I've been right on top of the thing before the alert comes thru. |
