Buying used 135i

Finally i have two options
2011 135i space grey 4700miles brown int
vs. 2012 135i black 17000miles black int.

Both of them are fully loaded and have similar price.

Which one should i buy?

For the same price, 4700 miles and Cobb compatibility is a home run. Only reason I'd consider the other is if it's an early 2011 vs a late 2012 with nearly 2 year warranty difference
