It is 2 Bulbs, each bulb powers up 2 rings.

I'll admit up front I did not have the time to read all posts on all pages...

But I did read somewhere that the GP Thunders H8 bulbs did not do a good job of lighting up BOTH halos on each side. It was recommended to seek out the RD USA solution instead.

What's your take - biased and all

Are u positive cause I just installed the h8 to thunder 8500 and the outside angels r white but the nner rings are still stock yellow?? Should I get the h3 and this will fix it or what
