Thanks guys! I will have the gf there with a camera, but it is supposed to be crappy weather in the NY area tomorrow, so I am not sure I will have much for you. Just ordered my V1 - things are coming together.....

Ditto! after 3 days with this car i look forward to waking up as early as possible to get in and drive it!! Cannot wait for this long Holiday weekend gonna put quite a few miles on it!!

Already have the SSK waiting at my local service center to be installed. Also ordered CF Spoiler, Shadow line Grills and shadow line 135i emblem

That's the color combo I have.
I've got gray poplar for the trim, 6spd manual, and the standard sport pkg.

So, my 135i is IN!
It's been through mechanical, now just some light clean up and a full tank o fuel and it's all set to take home.

I decided to wait till tomorrow morning to pick it up.

the transport truck showed up at about 4.30...car unloaded at about 4.45...drool formed at about 4.45 and .0002 seconds. to say she looks good...would be the biggest understatement ever. tomorrow they will PDI her.

dude, I hate to say it but you really should have gotten the max info possible before you signed. I made sure they had a build ready in the coming weeks and that I was that build. They gave me a production number and I could track it from there.

GO to the dealership and talk to someone there, tell them you ordered a car, what your name is, and that you are trying to find your production number. Or if you don't have a production number, your week of build.

I'd post some pic's but you guys have seen a space gray with red leather, sport pkg 135i. I really like the way the dark gray/light black rear diffuser blends with the body color.

Where are the photos, man? We've been waiting to see your whip! Given the good weather, I can totally understand you being out to DRIVE instead of in front of the computer, though.

Agreed!! Great color combo choice-Im gray poplar as well but wish they had brushed aluminum over that textured stuff. I was nervous as I hadnt seen the red in person but it totally makes the car. Also agree with the point about the rear diffuser. I do want to get the shadowline grills though.

In the past few days, I have already caught people taking pictures of it in traffic and have gotten lots of looks and thumbs ups (one from a guy in a M5)

Just gave my 135 its first bath and ordered some zaino products.

The tough part is staying under 4500 rpm and not turning of the traction control too much...i already cheated up to 5000 once.

The only thing is I wish i had gotten the upgraded sound and the CA but then again, im happy to have ~1500$ in my pocket to upgrade the sound with later. I suppose I only miss the CA since ive been driving someone elses 335vert for the past 6 mo and its become natural to just walk up, sit and push the button.

I agree with others who noted the cheap visors and the awkward window buttons/door handles but thats super minor and its not like i didn't notice the window thing during a test drive.
