AJ...always wondered about the 19 in Bavarian...does that refer to the number of mods planned? The number of students in your first class? The age at which you first told yourself you were gonna get a spiffy Bimmer? The age at which you got into college? The age at which you bought your first house? or the age at which you moved down here to VA?? Are on of these guesses somewhat close?

While you are partially correct on one of those, it is pure coincidence that 19 is related to that (me investing in a house)... Thats only half the reason why I am able to afford my current residence...

but the 19 is still a mystery...
