took this off for a magnaflow system. just came off my N54 at 65k miles. midepipe and axle back sections only. Great for someone returning to stock or that wants to quite down their aftermarket exhaust (post-cats in midpipes will help act as a sound reducer).

Prefer local pickup, will ship at buyers expense (but it wont be cheap)
