Limp mode still a concern?

I remember when the 1 first came to the States there was a lot of talk about experiencing limp mode, especially when pushed at a DE on a warm day. I haven't seen a single mention of that in the last year or so. I will be doing a DE in either August or September and would like to know if I should be concerned. The only other DE's I've done have been in October with a max temperature of about 78 degrees. I expect it to get into the upper 80's or low 90's in August/September.
