Staggered Set-Up Rotation?

Assuming the tires are not directional which my Bridgestones are not (non-run flats) does anyone rotate side to side? If so, how often mileage wise?

Depends on wear. If youre wearing evenly, i dont see a reason to rotate the tires. A lot of tires are in fact directional and going with a staggered setup doesnt allow rotation of the tires. The main reason for rotating tires is to allow the fronts and rears to wear evenly. Not usually possible on these cars.

There's no point of swapping (not rotating) the rear wheels. The contact patch is going to be the same on either side.

If you have camber wear, the closest thing you could do is dismount and remount the tires on the opposing wheel to bring the "fresh" outside contact patch to the inside. Even that is rare, although it's not unheard of.

FWIW Dispite two alignments in 20k miles I had some slight feathering on my fronts which caused quite a bit of "tire roar" on smooth black-top roads 20mph-40mph was most noticeable. Rotated side-to-side and it's made a huge difference/all is pretty much quiet now. On a 1-10 scale noise was a 7 now it's 3... Bought some time as by the time these start to wear poorly it will be time to replace...

I must add that I could not be happier with Discount Tire. One of my fronts has had a slow leak (5 lbs/wk) ever since I had the tires puts on. 2-3 times I've had different shops check/look for it, to no avail. Discount broke it down, found some junk on the wheel at the bead, took a wire brush to it and all is now well. Best of all no charge for the whole shabang!
