Lawn mower v. e82

Thought I'd share. Helps reassure just how small the e82 is.

The Kubota U.S. headquarters is near my house. Can't say I've seen one cruising the neighborhood.

Not exactly what you would find in 95% of the SoCal suburban yards either. LOL!

I miss cutting my lawn when I lived in Riverside Co. Took me 20 minutes max.

My yard now takes a little more than a hour when I max out the John Deere. Not bad when the weather is cool but now it's twice a week with the rain creating havoc.

Maybe I need to wedge in a N55 with a DCT

That Kubota would make my life complete.

Yeah, it rained a bit... Just enough to get the sidewalks wet.

I shoulda known it would happen since I washed the car yesterday... Fortunately I got the car back in the garage before it started.

We need so much more. Will it ever be like it used to?

Eventually... I hope.

But not this year and probably the next... My front lawn is pretty much dead.

Get used to that. Mine is starting to look that way as well. No real restrictions here yet, but they're coming. Probably next month.

Gonna have to get some drought tolerant plants.

My neighbor had the guys from Turf Terminators come by and replaced his lawn with drought-tolerant plants and a ton of mulch... Looks rather spartan right now.

We'll all have to deal with that here in SoCal eventually. Either that or just have a lot of dead grass.

My daughter is our resident expert drought tolerant landscape enthusiast and has already designed our back yard which she will soon start to work on, and when she is finished, she will turn her attention to our front yard.
