What made you so sure it wasnt a 458? Did you notice something in the pic that gave it away?

I sort of cheated anyway, i went out to my garage and had a look myself. Its def a 458 under body

I have been trying to google it, but for the life of me, can't... You may be right though.

The reason I thought it wasn't was because it looks nothing like the undercarriage of a CF kit you can buy for it. Why don't you take a pic of yours to show us?
