I only do city driving. I fang it out of every traffic light to get to 60, 80 or 100 whatever. Hardly on freeway.
13.0L/100km in average for months. Yeah highway is less than 9L/100km.

Wow I must be a real lead foot. My long term average is 15L/100km, haven't reset the computer in ages though. I do all city driving and the turbo rush is just too addictive!
I figure a bought the car for its performance so why not use it a lot! |

The average fuel consumption gauge does NOT reset when you turn the car off. It should. But it does not! I think a more important measure is how far can you drive on ONE tank? And how many liters or gallons? ie: real world fuel economy! |

135vert auto. Average between 11-12. Mostly highway driving and mostly crusing. Can never average less than 10 for any tank so far. Has 17k on the clock presently.

It is coming down - started at over 17l/100km. I like the performance so I don't expect it to be frugal. That said i didn't think 17l/100km was much of an advert for efficient dynamics. Happier now I'm under 15l/100km - must be a lead foot though |

That pretty much my experience, though all my driving to date has been inner city. That's about 3,300km since November last year.
The consumption figure is OK as far as I'm concerned - if it were not for the silly sized tank. It is at least 10 ltrs short in my opinion and the weakest aspect of the car overall. |

Just went through my first tank of fuel on my new n55 135i. Averaged 11.8L/100km.
Please note this consisted of mainly city driving and the last half of the tank was quickly evaporated at yesterdays Sydney drive day....... So all in all, pretty good first up. Can only get better. i will keep you all posted |
