Car weight

I'm looking for some clarity, things I've read state that the 135i weighs around 3400lbs, but on my sticker it says my car weighs 4266lbs. Can someone help me understand this?

That sticker is the car's max load if i recall correctly

From the '08 manual, p.145:

135i coupe with AT:

Curb weight - 3384
Payload - 882

Gross weight rating - 3384+882=4266.

I put my car on the scales at the track, it weighed 1540kgs (3395lbs) with a nearly full tank of petrol.
