Event 3 Analysis

Had a great time yesterday! Especially of note is the fact that Tighty Whitey drove to the event, ran all 8 runs and made it home without any issues... on snow tires (picking up Star Specs for it tomorrow).

The analysis of event follows. Please note that my 4th AM run was in Tighty Whitey and was not counted in the analysis.

Larry, it looked like there was somebody there from Veloz shooting pics. Are they being posted/made available somewhere?

No clue, but good question, Mike. I know who is was, but he showed up that morning, and asked me if he could take pics. I did not see him for too long, and was not sure if/how he would offer them.

Dan Mull was also there, who took pictures at a few events last year too.

Where I saw those two snapping pics would likely have led to some decent pics. Seeing my car was semi-clean at this event, I was hoping to see some as well.

No, but I know those marks were earned at WOT in a big cloud of tire smoke, with the car traveling backwards.

Wait.. come to think of it, after an early in the season event last year, Somebody had placed one of my exhaust tips on my passenger seat. I still do not know if somebody was messing with me, or I lost the tip via running over a cone and it catching on tip as it spit out the back of the car.

Not quite the same thing, but close.

Tom nearly ripped the diffuser off of my car at one of the schools last season by launching a cone out from under one of the rear tires. I still need to fix the diffuser.

Your not the only 1er to lose an exhaust tip from hitting cones. The guy from san diego lost one last year too.
