it will be at Mfest with Toyotires and Bimmerfest with Stoptech. It might make another appearance at Sema if Toyo needs more cars. Last year they seriously had like 80 so it should be there.

Small Update
Everyone at Performance Technic have been putting in work on the car. The motor has been removed again to start wiring. The wiring harness I had was from a UK car and was Right Side Drive. So I had to quickly get a new one. The baffled oil pan from VAC Arrived and they bolted it up.

PSI/Ohlins Racelines - with AST USA switching now Hanchey Vehicle Technologies, I can now switch coilover brands. My friend gave me a deal I couldnt pass up.



Dinan CAI and Strut bars



Custom BPM Tune - the guys are BPM are AWESOME! Really great service and their level of expertise is unmatched. They are making me a custom tune for the S65 as well as coding some nice little details into the car. I cant recommend them enough.

I got them brand new. Any parts dealer can get you 1M parts, they just have to come from Germany which takes 2-3 weeks in the US. The 1M door pulls are $238 shipped.

After viewing your amazing project, lot of respect and admire. Asking myself what ca i do for my car. I got a 2008 135i convertible, never seen anyone did a 1m conversion on a convertible. Planing if i can build one!And I'm near to DTM Auto body shop, should go there and ask some information. Questions where should i get the 1m bumper(rear and fount) PLZ!!!! PM me if you have the chance!

I have made a separate thread with the part numbers which many other forum members have contributed to. It is a good resource for people looking for the conversion as well as 1M owners. Everything can be ordered from Phil@Reevesbmw and Jon@bmwpartspros. They had the best pricing and service when I ordered. All of the parts on my car will work on a Convertible.

I ordered and supplied the parts myself and did about half of the assembly but DTM did the rear arch work and paint. We have seen one 1M convertible done in germany but it wasnt very tasteful in my opinion. I think everyone would love to see an aggressive 1M conversion in convertible form. A ball park price for a conversion job will run you around $10-12k depending on wheels and exhaust choice. Suspension and other mods to get the car to be beyond a cosmetic conversion will cost more.

Thanks - Its been a long journey and we have gathered a ton of real information on the s65 swap which we can share once the car is done.

Current Snags:
- CAS module wasnt shipped. Motor provider sent a JBE module instead on accident. So we need to order a New CAS, keys, and ECU. All three need to be paired.

- Because I swapped subframes, axels and associated parts. I found out today I cannot upgrade my 135i stoptechs to accommodate. I thought I could just change rotor hats, brackets etc. but actually the M3 kit has larger and thicker rotors and different calipers. Stoptech is sending me a new BBK. The yellow stoptechs that are currently on the car will be put on the shelf for a future project.

- Bunch of minor OEM parts en route

- Still waiting on a pallet of CF from Revozport - comes thursday.

A few goodies came in. I built the door cards. My alcantara inserts are still en route but I do not know if they will be before bimmerfest so i built them without to get them on the car. Not pictured is a CF roof and RKP wing.
