We need a p/n!

Edit: Wait.... we have them!

Sedona Red = 80 41 0 427 070

Crystal Blue = 80 41 0 427 071

Black Sapphire = 80 41 0 427 072

BTW, that is not 1:18. That is 1:43 scale.

Those 1:87s are freaking tiny. I have one like that of an E46 M3. Still neat though.

Considering just how much is made in China these days, it's pretty safe to assume that something is made there. Frankly I was more interested in the diecast model than the box, so I didn't notice "Made in Germany" at first either.

The 1/87 models might be made by Herpa.

If it tastes like lead paint, it's made in China.

Just got a pleasant surprise in the mail today, my very nice dealer sent me a 1/18 model of a 135i as a gift to make the wait less painful. Beautifully detailed.

Will post pictures soon.

Your local dealer sells them, as well as bmw-online.com.

I received my black 135i yesterday (1:18), with the full-size 128i arriving in 5 weeks.

The 1:18 scale ones are made by Kyosho in China. They have working doors, hood, and trunk, carpet on the floors and trunk, and even the seatbelts look real. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

The 1:43 scale are made by Minichamps in China. They come in a plastic box that flips around and becomes a stand for the car. It also unscrews from the base so you can practice your apex cornering on the 1:43 scale model of your favorite track.

The 1:87 is made by Herpa in Germany. It also has a plastic box that flips around and becomes a stand. It will also come off of the stand so that it can promptly get lost in the clutter on your desk.
