Can't replace N55 chargepipe. Remove throttle body?

I've a N55 chargepipe that I spent more than an hour installing without any luck. I thought okay let me put stock one back and it won't go all the way either.
Problem is the O-ring. Both pipes fit perfectly without O-ring. But with O-Ring even the stock pipe just wont go all the way on throttle body. I tried oiling the rubber ring, etc. still despite pushing super hard, it doesn't go. Tried wiggling, rotating, nothing works for either stock oem or the metallic pipe

I also tried unscrewing throttlebody and tried pressurizing from both ends. Still no luck

How do I remove the throttle body cables? Didn't find any DIY

If I'm doing something wrong, anyone in South-bay willing to give me a hand?

Looks like there's a groove in the throttle body where the o-ring is supposed to seat. Can you install the o-ring in that groove first and then install the charge pipe? Just another idea...

That groove is for the clip.
The O-ring fits tight against that first lip.

Squeeze the end of the black hose to remove it.
The electrical one, the squeeze the bottom away from the TB.

Then put the TB on a flat surface and kneel on the CP. It'll pop on.
