Congrats on the class win and the overall performance! I've been living vicariously through you on this one!

Mike Clemens just sent me a link to some excellent -- and huge -- pix that he took of my car at Road America.

Thanks Mike!

ahh that really sucks, is he ok? I saw the pictures, it looked nasty - the whole back end of the CTS was just gone.

ok? Why would I (with my 135) be venturing into the 1M suspension subforum on a regular basis?

Yeah, he's ok and was in fine spirits afterwards.

How about your opinion on Michelin PSS since you have tested them on different tracks as well as roads by now?

Best all-around street tire I've ever driven on track.

Terrific grip in dry and wet, and very reasonable (i.e., minimal) tire wear.

The Hankook RS3 may be a bit faster in the dry, but is horrid in other conditions.

Number 5 is the best--shows you hitting an apex and all the bugs on the windscreen! Would you mind listing exactly what mods you have/like. I know best is JRZ RS1's, but what spring, wheel, exhaust, brake (pads at least?) changes did you make that affect the performance of the car? Sorry couldn't get to meet you at Autobahn, but family obligations...

PM me for all details, but pretty much as follows:

Apex ARC-8 wheels with 265/35-18 front/285-35-18 rear Mich PSS
JRZ RS1 dampers with Swift Springs
E93 M3 front sway bar
Vorshlag camber plates
N55 midpipe
Evolution Racewerks charge pipe
Helix intercooler and intake
Stock brakes with front cooling ducts and PFC-08 pads
