Loaner cars from dealerships
Hi guys, I remember a while back in the main forums many American owners were complaining that they would not get a loaner car from a dealership while theirs was in for servicing because they did not originally purchase their car from said dealership.
Can anyone say for certain if this is the case in Canada, specifically Ontario or GTA area? Just curious if I buy from say a dealer 1 hr from where I live and then take my car to the local dealer for service if I can reasonably expect to get a loaner car treatment. |

Parkview told me loaners were for customers only. I'm not sure if that applies to warranty work, too, or just scheduled service.
