Best 18" wheel under $300 each?

OK, I figured I'd take a quick survey on this topic to see what different options/recommendations we can come up with...

What is the "best" (your interpretation) 18" wheel under $300 each and why? Please provide some basic justification (looks, weight, value for money, price, etc.).

162's

Wheels and tires sold for $1500

12 miles on them.

Not bad. Shipping was extra though. So they really went for like $1700. Still not that bad for a like new set.

I know that a lot of people here don't really trust Frank because of ONE bad experience that ONE member had but he has some BBS (18's) Wheels (No tire) for about 250 Euro. Which at today's rate would be about $306.49. The only bad thing is that he's in Germany and shipping would be a lot.
