Blown Tail Light

Hi, I have noticed there is a lot of people having issues with tail light led being blown. My car is a 125i (128 in USA) delivery was jan 09 so it's out of warranty what are my chances of getting it fixed by my dealer? Should I even bother arguing?

3rd tail light? If so, yes it's a frequent issue esp. on the early model 1ers, I believe there is a TSB out for it; take it to the dealership and see what they'll do about it.

I believe there is also a TSB on the main tail lights burning out on certain production runs. Check into it with your dealer.

Yup, I had both my main taillight and my 3rd brake light failed. Dealer took care of them at no cost. TSB for both.
