Rear center head rest

Is anybody else bothered by the size of the rear center headrest? It is larger than the other two, and IMO really creates quite a visual obstacle to seeing adequately through rear window. If a car is close behind, really can't see it due to headrest. Anybody else notice or bothered by this?

There is a little button that you can press and fold it down.

Thanks WIll, I'll check it out. You can tel I haven't spent much time in my manual (or in the back seat).
