Another great review! Many thanks.
It's very encouraging to see from the pre-drive reviews that there are very few negatives and sooooo many positives! One interesting thing you mentioned was the Individual program and the option of specifying your own colour. Did you have confirmation of this from your discussions with BMW or is this speculation? Best regards, Mark. |

Thanks for your review. Great to have the perspective of a driver of yet another generation M3. Glad to hear your perseptive of using it as a daily driver, as that is how I'll primarily use it. Very helpful

Thanks for the review.
I believe that you referred to the engine having some lighter weight components. Since I hadn't heard about that before, I'd appreciate any additional details that you can provide. Also, other reviewers have mentioned that the seats are alcantra, but you say they're leather. Can you clarify? Thanks. Neil |

Great meeting you in Leipzig.... I am sure that others will continue to think that we have been bought off or paid to give such glowing reviews of the car.... but I have to tell everyone.. we all were just totally impressed.. |

Nice! The sound is perhaps a touch subdued. Certainly from outside at idle, it's quieter than my car. But then, when the 1M makes a noise, the one it does make is a very appealing one!

About the individual treatment of choosing the colour no one confirmed me, but there's allways this possibility!!!! The problem is that it's quite an expensive option!!!
About changing to 1///M_biggest_fan, I still love my M3 and all the range from the e30!!! I'm considering buying one, but not in an early future, maybe in 2-3 years and then the new M3 will be quite a much better machine, and above all, much much lighter than the e92 which for me is the main problem right now!!! And no, I think the csl is still much better than the 1M and also than the M3 e92!!!! I would take a csl everytime!!!! I have the opportunity to drive it sometimes, because there's one in the family and allways there's something that surprises me!!! regards everyone specially Lepizig friends, was really nice to meet you!!! |

Thanks for the review!
The alcantara door inserts, shifter boot, and gauge cluster hood sound bad ass. I'm not sure what you mean by "front molding" though? |

I think the trim strip along the dashboard, which was black alcantara with a line of orange stitching along the bottom.

Better than E46 M3? Best M car since E36? Encouraging reviews. I'm anxious to see what exactly has been done to the engine, it sounds like more than software based on these reviews.
