Software upgrade? Check with the service department. What are the other problems you've had?

I got the jerky problem too. My dealer filed a PUMA case and they instructed the dealer to reprogram the car. I tried to get some software version numbers from the dealer, but they said the CD is enroute and is suppose to arrive today. I'm bringing it in tomorrow morning, so I should have more info tomorrow.
I would recommmend everyone with this problem to file a PUMA case to let BMW know that this is an issue that we would like resolved. |

What is a PUMA case... sorry for the newbie question.
I have similar problem but I haven't even reached 800 miles yet, and I can notice the tranny is responding better since the first 100-200 miles |
