Search Volk Wheels.

You could check with Ravspec in N.Y. Ask for Mark.

I just ordered a 135i with the metallic saphire black and red interior today! And the minute it arrives i am going to powdercoat the rims matte jet black...what would you guys think about painting the calipers red as well (i would have it professionally done BTW)? To finish the package I am going to put a 20% tint on the windows...Black out!

I'll give that plan...........
See if you can retain the "BMW" on the brake calipers.

What interior trim did you order...........I hope it was Gloss Black !

these all look absolutely bad ass. particularly on the AW though, i must say, as that is exactly the color i would powdercoat mine. although, really what is that, they just paint them for you? seems odd.

I think the are like anodized black? Doesn't look like paint. At an extra $1900 they better be special. They do look great on Alpine. My fav color.

gunmetal clear coat

Pulled all 4 rims off my 135i. Car is currently on jack stands. It looks so sad. Im currently getting the RIMs sandblasted and powdercoated gunmetal with mild shapphire flakes with clear coat finish. I will post pictures towards the end of this weekend.

project completed

Who needs M rims : )~ !!!Powered coated OEM rims, two tone gun metal gray. During the day the rims are somewhat lighter shade with mild sapphire flakes,my camera for what ever reason was not able to display the depth of the flakes but in person they look classy. Non direct sunlight or night the rims get really dark&rich. My powder coater did a really good job with the clear coat. It really gave the rims depth. Here are some pics. All credit to my powder coater Craig.

Orignal

Final:

Project pics

........
Powder coated direct Sunlight

Powder coated less light

I dont like it. The color looks akward. They look too grey, and they seem to not have enough flakes.

As i stated on my paragraph before i posted my pictures very clearly

"mild sapphire flakes,my camera for what ever reason was not able to display the depth of the flakes but in person they look classy"

All admit the camera does not do a good job of showing the two tones. I did my best to change the light source/angle so you could see the color change. The color depending on light/angle will bend from a rich gunmetal gray with flakes to a deep dark rich black gunmetal. We wanted the rims to function this way similar to gun metal.

They look good, but I think the same black paint on the wheels would look STEALTH. With a satan clear coat.

Nice anyway, enjoy, its your car.

More like this below.
