Car throwing codes and need help!
Hey gents
Hoping you can help me! Reversing into my driveway after coming back from a friends house and was only a 15min ride home and havent driven the car hard all day and the engine fan comes on full blast Plugged my tablet in and found these codes Seems like the water pump after googling it and checking on the forums Can anyone clarify this? Engine light didnt come on though Also is it safe to drive the car? Codes that came up is 2E81 electrical cooling pump speed deviation 2E82 electrical cooling pump switch off Cheers

08, tuned & FBO, how many miles? Just a guess that your water pump is orig. & close to the end of its life...

Almost FBO! Lol missing the upgraded intercooler and jus running the stock one.
Just about to hit 62000kms Would say water pump is original due to how many kms and I am the second owner |

Rang my mechanic first thing Monday, definitely water pump but strange the engine light still hasn't come on.
Took the car for a quick lap around my block fan didn't come on but once I got in the drive way, turned the car off and turned it back on within a few minutes fan came on.
