New headlights and eyebrows not work

Here is usa, and got a new one from Europe
My 2010 135i had adaptive xenon without eyebrows and I changed to non adaptive xenon with eyebrows
There was some trouble to code from adaptive to non adaptive.
Anyway it is done
But the eyebrows not work
Do you know how to light it up? Or do I need new ballast??

The headlights with the eyebrows only came on the 2012 & 2013 cars, as well as the 1M.
There's a bit of wiring you need to do in order for the eyebrow to work.
