Leatherette Cracking
So I was cleaning my car and I found that the driver's seat upper bolster is starting to crack. Anyone have luck getting this fixed under warranty?

Do you do anything to it? Put any armor-all or anything on it?
I have 'ette and I haven't put anything on it. I don't have any cracks.

I havent put anything on it at all. I just bought the car as a CPO 2 months ago. It is still under original warranty. I cleaned it the same way as my 02 325xi that had leatherette, with some water on a rag.

They won't............. at least that was my experience. Mine started cracking at about 2 years of owning the car and I was told no. I am very careful getting in and out of the car and did the same as you OP on the care.
When I went to the dealer with it, they took pics and after a week got back with me saying it was regular wear and tear and would not cover it under warranty.
