Free Front splitter

@RUINED_E82 is a scammer. He recently bought one of my splitters then filed a chargeback with his credit card company and burned me for the money. The principle is what bothers me. He did this to another member on the forum as well. We cant let people like this get away with these things.

If anyone knows this guy and/ or see his car you are welcome to take and keep a free front splitter right off of his car. Whatever means necessary i will even send you side skirts to match your new front splitter free of charge. PM FOR DETAILS


Anyone in MIAMI FLORIDA apparently his name is PAUL LABARRIE and this is his car.
I'll give him 1 week to send my money back other wise I'm contacting the POLICE now that I have his info

Why not get in contact with his credit card companies fraud department? Your credit card fraud department? If that is the lip you sold him in those Instagram pictures it should stand as substantial evidence, and possibly be able to file charges or at least get your money back. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. But this was a paypal transaction. Even with supplied tracking and evidence of delivery he filed a charge back with his credit card company stating Someone else used his credit card. Clearly not as the splitter is on his damn car.

Was the paypal transaction sent as a gift or was the 3% fee added? You could also file through Paypal + you have the evidence. Is there any way to find out the buyer's written reason for the chargeback? Sorry you had to deal with this. Thankfully, I've been lucky with my sales transactions/buying in this awesome community!

I don't think thats the same guy.

The guy's name used to be miles135i or something like that and then when he was called out for ripping people using the same method, he changed it to Ruined_E82 user name.

Now, he posted "WTB: Coilovers" recently, so I am certain the red bagged e82 isn't his.

His name is also different? "Miles Mularky" was his actual name I believe.

Someone needs to file a police report on this kid. It's fraud, and intentional.

Also the forum needs to block his IP address. How many times is he going to do this to members.

It's the same guy. I clearly see my splitter on his car. I know where I shipped the splitter and am positive this is him.

I did some research on the guy that you mentioned. The image of the cambered e82 belongs to a soldier who has had that splitter on his red wrapped e82 for some time now. I found an image of that same car that was posted over 73 days ago on a different website.

That's not the guy that scammed you. I follow ruined_e82 on Instagram and the first pic that shows his front splitter dates back to March. He does have an account here on 1addicts but it's under the name PaulyD89. I know because I happened to recognize his car when he posted a for sale ad for his coilovers a while back. Also, if you took a quick look into the post history of the guy that scammed you with the screen name "ruined_e82" here on 1addicts you'd notice that it's the same account replying to accusations of scamming under the name "MILES135i".

I understand you're angry about being scammed but starting a witch hunt asking for users to go out and vandalize this guy's car without verifying the facts is not really the right thing to do.

I hope you get this resolved and the scammer gets what he deserves. You make some good products, some of which I use on my car, and it's scammers like this guy that ruins it for everyone.
