EDIT- actually cutting the vent may not work. In the render, notice the placement of the side marker- it is at the top of the vent- where rear 1m, it is 3-4 inches lower. You would have to cut around the vent mounting points. It could look janky if not done correctly

Doing some more thinking on this subject. Driver side wont be a problem. Getting around the windshield fluid container on the passenger side is going to be tricky.
