ssiddiq1, for the time being, it appears that allocation will have to come out of center allocation until further notice. Take the 6 Series for example, it's been out since 04 and it still has to come out center allocation.

I think BMW's strategy on this is that since they're sacrificing 3 Series production to pipe in 1 Series production, it's too much to give up by donating 1's to ED. So they put the onus and decision on the center to determine whether they want to donate an allocation. Just my nickel.
